Mann Lines – All round Customer Service representative
Mann Lines BV a privately owned company with various offices in Europe. Key activities are RoRo, Breakbulk and Container services in Europe. Furthermore expanding in world wide solutions in NVOCC and Forwarding.
The office in Rotterdam is expanding its activities and looking for an all round Customer Service representative with experience either with forwarding and/or working in a liner agency.
JOB CONTENT
- Communication with other international offices, carriers, suppliers etc
- Completion of clearance procedure and data entry
- Full booking process including the planning Land Transportation
- Full documentation process export and import. Issuing documents, billing and collection of charges
- Demurrage process including agreements coordination
- Other communications with customers (follow up etc…)
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCES
- A flexible attitude, can do approach, team player
- Some years of professional experience
- Commercial mindset and a sense of humor
- Eye for process improvements
- Languages: Dutch mother tongue – proficient in business English
- Proficient with IT systems and particular with MS Office
