Grimaldi Netherlands B.V. – Administrative Officer export/import
Grimaldi Netherlands B.V. is located in the Rotterdam Central District and serves as the agent for Grimaldi Deep Sea Line within the Grimaldi Group. ROLE DESCRIPTION
The office is located in Rotterdam Central district area, conveniently located five minutes of walking distance from Rotterdam central station. Remote working for a max one day per week could be possible after demonstrable performance.
You will be responsible for day-to-day tasks:
- bookings registrations ,follow up and relative communication with clients
- general documentation administration and related customer service
- sailing schedules updates
- export invoicing assistance
- administrative assistance and other relevant tasks assigned
- import cargo filing operations
QUALIFICATIONS
- General Administration and Organizational Skills
- Strong Communication abilities
- Administrative Assistance and Customer Service skills
- Experience in export/import operations is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Dutch fluency is beneficial
