HMM Netherlands Shipping BV; A dynamic and collaborative work environment
As we expand our market reach, we are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our Sales team at HMM Netherlands Shipping BV.
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new businesses, maintaining relationships with existing customers and promoting HMM’s shipping services. You will identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions and help grow HMM’s presence in the region.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITY ?
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand HMM’s customer base
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international shipping and logistics
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs
- Present HMM’s service offerings and value proposition to potential customers
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to meet company and customer needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and operational excellence
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE JOB?
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the shipping, logistics or transportation industry
- Strong knowledge of deep-sea shipping, freight forwarding and global trade
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated goal oriented and able to work independently
- Ability to travel to meet clients and attend industry events
